as you may know , buying boots online is tricky, personally i wouldn't do it without trying them on at a local shop first.
finding a proper fit isn't easy.
and on that note, i did a quick search and came up with this;
i know of a great place in nh that has a great consignment shop, but that aint much help although you may want to give them a call to see,
sometimes they have brand new boots down there at crazy low prices, but again fit is everything
if i see anything in the near future i'll post it
more good cheap gear, but ya gotz to keep yer eyes peeled, it's always changin'
