Snow Creek on 3/26/17: Snow is down to the chockstone and gets progressively more solid higher up, turning to blue ice for the last 500-800 ft. Ice tools are highly recommended for current conditions. Overall an amazing route.
Difficulty: IV, class 4 (with 5.5 variation)
Stats: ~16 miles 11,500 ft gain

Gus Safar added 30 new photos to album: Snow Creek.

Wow the conditions look pretty perfect. I'm thinking about Snow Creek this weekend with a friend. Any chance you'd be willing to export your strava as a gpx and post it / send it to me?

There's an ugly snow bridge under the chockstone that should collapse very soon. Tread carefully or better yet avoid. The snow tongue itself is solid but deep cracks are forming. Get on it now or be prepared for some ugly conditions.
