A possible Saturday Skyline

General Palm Springs area.

@ Steve, yes, that was me hanging out at my usual perch. I decided to stick close to the tram since I was only prepared for fair weather and it didn't look too cooperative, especially after getting rained off the peak on Monday. Since you didn't say "Hi" I was wondering if we weren't on speaking terms anymore :wink:

We saw you up there when we took the tram down. Very cool spot. That's gotta be the best view.

i dunno what that means, but I'm just paraphrasing what one of the hikers actually said. luckily he seemed to bail on the hike the last few days.

Patrick - Katherine is organising a Skyline hike on Oct 1. I am thinking of going too or if not, the Sierra Club has a organised moonlight hike on Oct 22 at 4.00 am
